How We Got Here
Started with a Single Problem to Solve
Estimate Florida was founded after watching Florida subcontractors repeatedly lose bids — not because their work was poor, but because their numbers were off. Our founder, a licensed Florida contractor with a decade of field experience, set out to create a dedicated estimating resource built entirely around Florida’s unique construction environment.
Expanding Across Florida’s Key Markets
We established deep coverage in South Florida’s HVHZ zone, the Tampa Bay commercial corridor, and the Orlando residential boom.
