The BOQ Summary tab gives you the full 15-division picture and shows exactly where O&P and contingency are applied.
Edit the yellow cells
Quantity and Rate cells on the “BOQ Detail” tab are highlighted — update these with your own measured quantities and current Florida market rates.
Let the formulas do the math
Amounts, division sub-totals, the BOQ Summary, Rate Analysis, Cost Benchmark and Bid Form total all recalculate automatically as you edit.
