Estimate Florida (“we”, “us”) provides construction estimating services to contractors, developers and property owners in Florida. This policy explains what we collect through estimateflorida.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project details, and any plans or documents you upload. Our site also uses cookies and Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes and estimates, communicate with you about your project, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.
Your plans and documents
Files you send are used only to prepare your estimate. We do not share them with other contractors or bidders. Form submissions are processed by our form provider (FormSubmit) and delivered to our email.
Retention
We keep project files and correspondence as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your files at any time.
Your choices
You can opt out of our emails by replying “stop”. To access or delete your information, email info@estimateflorida.com.
