- Project Info: project, client, drawings, specs and addenda.
- BOQ: about 30 sample line items in six sections, with amounts and subtotals calculated automatically.
- Summary: section totals, contingency, overhead and profit, tax and cost per square foot.
- Notes & Exclusions: assumptions, exclusions, alternates and allowances.
Sample quantities are examples only, and rates are left blank so you can enter current pricing for your project.
